You can call and place an order Monday through Friday 10:00 to 5:00. If we miss your call you may leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

However, we can not be held responsible for unforeseen shipping delays. To the Moon & Back really tries to make sure our inventory is up to date on our website. However, we will let you know within 24 hours if you order an item and it is out of stock and cannot be shipped. To The Moon & Back, carefully accesses all of the items sold for safety. To The Moon & Back cannot be held liable for accidents resulting in personal injury from the merchandise purchased.
Returns
Personalized items cannot be returned. Please contact us with questions regarding personalized items before you order them.
If you are not happy with your non personalized item you may return it for an exchange, store credit, full refund within 10 business days of receiving it. Items must be in original form. To The Moon & Back is not responsible for any of the shipping costs.
Shipping Information
All orders will be processed within one day and shipped within 1-2 days. Packages will be shipped via UPS. Shipping charges will be calculated at check out based on weight.
Delivery/ Pickup: Delivery/ Pickup is available for friends and family only. You may choose this option at checkout if prior permission was given by a To The Moon And Back Employee.
